Is that water makes your voice more powerful.
It's actually food. Water makes it softer and more enjoyable to hear. Especially hot water such as when we had tea and coffee.
But there's a way which may or may not help... I'm not sure what they put in it nowadays. Boullion cube in hot water. Don't drink it too hot as that harms the voice.
Several hours apart or a day you can drink a glass of cold water.
I think this is why many people in America, based on music I listened to and people I spoke to when I was young have such pleasant voices. Because of 8 cups of water a day.
It should be noted that too much water constipates you so keep that in mind... people say on medical webpages that it loosens the body, it's actually the opposite.
Something like I forgot either peanuts and cherries at the same time or chips and cherries, one of the two, loosens you.
People who eat small amounts often tend to have less problems with constipation than people who eat a big meal quickly.
People who drink water in small sips often with pauses pee more often than people who drink a large glass of water in one go.
This is why twitch streamers are constantly going to pee. It's kind of funny.
Take a sip of water. Wait 5 minutes, take another sip.
I guess I should leave you with one last gift other than what I told my father.
Assuming you don't have problems with constipation, if you eat more food at once, more of it becomes body mass, and I don't mean fat, making you physically stronger. In complete seriousness I think this could be useful for people who uphold authority and protect people. Same with water.
In the words of someone on discord, years ago...
"-Belthagor stop trying to beef up the police." The conclusion of the series.
P.S. A loud voice is good, commanding, powerful. Don't smoke kids.
P.P.S.
When I was in High School I ate and drank plenty of fluids, but I usually drank less when I ate (a lot), and a few hours later drank a big glass of water. It kept me slim while making my voice stronger. It's good for metabolism.
As for why my voice sounds tortured now, aside from torture... I drank my coffee very hot in college because I had pain from some fumes. Afterward I made nettle tea in Bulgaria. I needed iron and I'm obviously not going to pay 20 levs for a supplement.
Now. There is a big difference between a chemist, which invented fully legitimate nettle tea after what I did in Bulgaria, and Dimitar Rouynekov Architecture student boils nettles fresh from the garden in front of the Building. It was a bit abrasive but I drank very little of it because of this. One sip. Then I left the whole thing in the pot because I was angry and my aunt threw it out.
At least sometimes failure leads to a great new business. Nettle tea that doesn't harm the throat. Copyright Bulgaria.
I spoke to someone and explained what I did, you see, during my vacation. What could one person do. At least we have more money now, people buy it out of curiousity then they lose interest but hey there are billions of people out there.
